Updated WinSoar Scoring Application

Version 2.17 of WinSoar is available for downloading.This is the latest version of the application that we use to score our club contests, including the Fred Fredrickson 2 day OVSS event. It is very simple to use and packed full of features including the Mugshot Score Card. If you haven't used it before and you get lost, just try right-clicking in the data areas to access the options menus
